Dielectric meshing error due to frequency/epsilon_r combo?

Depending on the dielectric of my substrate and the frequency of analysis for S11, I get a meshing error. I think this may be do to the dielectric toolbox only accepting one value for epsilon_r when in reality it is dependent on the frequency of operation. Is there any existing support on solving this issue?
Error using pifa/meshGenerator (line 406)
Failed to generate mesh for structure.
Error in em.MeshGeometry/updateMesh
Error in em.MeshGeometry/getMesh
Error in em.EmStructures/analyze

Could you share your code? it is hard to provide any help without the example.
