Model fitting two curves get clean data

Hello,

I have one data of niose vaiation for one hour.

similarly, i have another data for signal for one hour.

How can I use curve fitting to fit this noise model into my data to get clean signal?

so that i can adjust the signal levels by inputting noise on run time?

Can someone give me some hints for the commands to use.
