Can anyone tell me how can I fix Demux problem in Simulink?

Hi

I have Demux problem in Simulink which takes 1 input to three outputs, I have no idea what is problem with that cause I can see this does not have any problem.

The error has occurred because the muxed input signal contains more than or less than 3 signals and you are attempting to pull of 3 signals out of it.
