How can i plot sea surface temperature

Hello can anyone help me to plot the changes of sea surface temperatures

I have data on surface temperature (SST) of the sea for a small area. 8 Row and 46 columns represent 8 hydrographic stations and 46 months

and Lat =[21.76348,21.75486,21.74616,21.73545,21.72328,21.71811,21.70955,21.7070]

I want to get Figure plot for SST, Lat and Time
