How to increase the number of samples through readwaveform and the DPO3054

I use this function to get my values from the oscilloscope:

[y, x, yunit, xunit] = readwaveform(obj, source, varargin)

My DPO3054 can store up to 5 Million Digits.

However, with the driver from Mathworks tektronix_tds3054B I can only get 10000 values from the scope :/

What am I doing wrong?

I tried to increase the numer of samples from the Instrument control toolbox, but I cant go beyong 10000 ...
