How to change color of UI Drop Down ARROW

I am working on a project that requires a specific color scheme to be used (and the color black to be banned). How do you change the color of the UI Drop Down arrow? I have already found out how to change the text color, but I can't find how to change the arrow.

As per my knowledge this feature is not availabe yet. I am also not aware of any possible work around.
