How do I measure quality of watermarking?

How do I measure quality of watermarking using below methods in Matlab?

1. SSIM
2. PSNR
3. MSC
4. Normaliza Correlation.

I have tried few methods in Matlab, but need more understanding on this.

ssim(X,Y);

psnr(X,Y);

immse(X,Y);

for Normalize Correlation, I could'nt find anything as I am new to Matlab.
