Your use of Windows eliminates the obscure Turkish locale in Linux problem .

The licence path we can see in your posting would not be typical for a situation in which you were using a licence server that has a corrupt licence file , but does not completely rule out the possibility . It is possible that your network administrators happened to put the licence file in just the right place, but the administrators who do that are unlikely to happen to have corrupted licence files on the server .

The only remaining causes for error 8 that I have been able to discover discussed have been two different ways that people attempt to use cracked licenses .

You should contact Mathworks for free installation support with your licence issue . You might have happened to encounter a new unknown cause of the error or you might have encountered a cause known to Mathworks that has not been described in any public post that I have managed to find.

I have done a fair bit of searching trying to list all the known Flexlm errors that apply to MATLAB, but the Internet is a big place and I do not have unlimited time to search .
