Update and Matlab Compenent Runtime

Does anyone know if the MCR installer (for compiled version of a code) gets an update whenever the regular MATLAB get an update (as with R2018b) ?

It doesn't look like TMW website update the runtime installers but I might be wrong about it.

If they are not syncs does that mean that user are stuck forever with compiled version run with uncorrected-bug runtime ?

MCR installer gets an update when the regular MATLAB get an update.
