How to plot coordinates captured from different source and then matching points?

I have some xyz coordinates of an object from a video captured by 360 degree camera and when I track this object through a tracker frame by frame I just only got xy coordinates due to 2D plane. If I plot only xy coordinates from both source they are not similar and don't overlap the corresponding coordinates. The red regions are tracking coordinates and blue regions are coordinates from 360 degree camera. How this coordintaes will overlap? Any Transformation Need?
