How can i Repeat a switch menu

How can i repeat a switch menu after user input confirmed that he wants to do other operation, like per say:

If you have a calc and asked the user for 2 numbers at the beggining and have a menu with all the ops using switch sum, subtraction and multiplication.

After the uheser uses one hes asked if he wants to do other operation where the menu should be displayed, but you should use the same numbers inputed before at the beginning.

Sorry if I have mistaken you what I want is a menu using Switch where you can choose different cases.
