Cannot install Matlab API for python

So , i was trying to install the matlab api for python 3.6.4 and whenever i did so , it ended up with this error log:

'python' is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
operable program or batch file.

I'm using the R2018b version

I've try all of the solutions out there and none worked for me.

Why? and what should i do to solve this problem? Please help me.
