Finding the pixel locations of colors using "Color detection with camera in Android devices" in Simulink?

As I mentioned in the title, I am using the Simulink addon "Color detection with camera in Android devices" to find basically a piece of colored tape. I need to find the x and y locations of the white pixels put in by the addon. I need to then take those white pixels and find a way to make sure I am only using the white pixels that are connected to the tape. Finally, I need to find the center of the tape.

I believe that I can do the last two steps but first I need the x and y locations generated by the addon and I am not sure how to do that.
