Rotating a vector field

Hi all,

I have a question in regard to rotating a given vector field. I would be thankful to kindly give me some clues if you have idea about my query.

Suppose that we have a vector field in y-x plane, let's consider following example:

Vector Field : Vf = [u, v]

u=x

v=y

Now, I need to revolve the given vector field around the center of plot (i.e. around vector of [0 0 1] at position(0,0,0)), and after rotation(revolution), I want to obtain the rotatted vector field in the current cordinate.

Does anyone can provide some nice solution?
