How can I plot a 3D explicit function in MATLAB

For example i have to plot this function "
" where p = radius, phi is angle, and it is an equation of cylindrical coordinates which will make a cone. i searched alot but what i found is the conversion of polar to cartesian. Can anyone tell how to plot this?

can you upload the desired graph? have a look into ezsurf() ?
