How can i plot files separately?

Whenever I want to plot graphics (quiver, bode, rootl...) different files come together as seen in the picture. What can I do against it?

h=tf([100],[1 6 11 6]);
nyquist(h);

and after some time when i want to plot another transfer function, then i get the graph in the attachment.

put figure before each plot command instead of subplots
