Using waiter/progressbar with uipanel

Hello everyone!
Simple question, I'm building an app with the app designer where I would like to use something to indicate the progress of my simulation, but I would like to show it on the current figure. Is there any way to avoid the ugly gauges?

How can we know which "ugly gauges" you want to avoid?
