Train CNN via matfiles

I want to train CNN with 4 .mat files, 2048*196*3*2800 each and I have 4folders which are used for labelling. I want to train CNN by using these data directly but I always get 'Unable to read file' error when use augmentedImageDatastore since these is only image scale number instead of real image. Would anyone able to help me regarding this.
