Use local testing and training data for object detection example in matlab.

I'm new to object detection and I would like to modify the example code in mathworks about detecting stop sign to detecting musical notes from an image(music sheet to be specific) and would like to load my own training images to the code but I dont know how to do it. Instead of loading Cifar10data I would like to use actual images that i have.
