How can I simulate 2D users movement from (x1,y1) at t1 to (x2,y2) at t2 using Matlab.

Dear All
I'm working on mobility models, and I want to simulate 2D users movement from (x1,y1) at t1 to (x2,y2) at t2 using Matlab.
The users uniformly distributed inside rectangle
Can anyone help me with this?
