how to select choose only two place after a decimal point in a equation file.

I have a equation y= 2.35363 +a(7.636436356).
i am expecting my output to be
y= 2.35 +a(7.63)
Kindly help me.

y = 2.35363 +a(7.636436356)
y = vpa(y,2)
