How can I make this load profile? so I can combine it with MATLAB function block.

Hi, does anybody knows how to make a load profile like in this picture, guess I dunno what block to use...

So that after that, I can connect it to MATLAB function block, and as the load reach certain amount of power, it will do something.

I just need, how to make a load profile like this.
