a Continuous system is working with PID controller but same Discrete system is not working with same PID.[Simulink]

the picture is the continuous system response and the discrete system response.
I used c2d function to change the continuous Transfer function 1/(s^3+1) into the discrete Transfer function with sampling time Ts=0.05s
and the s^2 controller is added to PID controller for the system stabilization.
Why the discrete is not working? Can I make this working?
