Calculating curviness of X and Y coordinates

Hi, I have the trajectory of a moving object in a plane. I would like to calculate the curvature of this trajectory (how wiggly the trajectory is). Can anyone suggest me an idea on how to proceed? In the mat file attached, i have the time of detection , X and Y coordinates of the object.
