Decomposition methods - how to find sub gradients and resource prices in a linear programming problem ?

I want to implement the decomposition methods using MATLAB R2015b. please tell me how to find the (Matlab commands) sub-gradients and resource prices of a linear programming problem in the context of decomposition methods.
