Hi, I have RR intervals matrix and I want to calculate the heart rate bpm?

Convert the R-R intervals into individual rates, then calculate the mean.
Example —
RR_Vct = rand(15,1); % R-R Intervals In Seconds
HR_Mean = mean(1./RR_Vct); % Mean Heart Rate
