How to let server or deployed app know where to find DB driver?

Hi, I have a test app, only a few lines to just test the database connection and run a querry via database toolbox. I compiled it with Matlab 2018a compiler. I can deploy it and run on my computer without any problem. But when I deployed it on a MS server 2012, and ran it, I got an error in setting up the connection. The error is: "No suitable driver found". But I have the driver copied over to the server.

So how to let the server or the app know where to find the driver? Thanks for any help!
