How may i Study RSM using three parameters?

My masters semester project is related to optimize clamps and clamp forces for sheet metals. I have to apply RSM on data obtained by applying static load on sheet metal. I have three parameters to be considered; a) No.of nodes b)Deformations on nodes c)position of clamps on all planes to restrict movement

Sir Please guide me how may I study the response? Which nodes I have to consider? e.g nodes in quadrant with max.deformation or nodes with clamps or all nodes. If i put no.of nodes on x-axis, deformation as per nodes on y-axis then how may i plot position of clamps on z-axis?

I really need your guidelines please.
