How can i introduce a end stop rotation in a multibody model?

two object join with revolute joint must stop at a specific angle

You can interface a hard stop from the mechanical rotational domain with the revolute joint. I suggest you have a look at the example "Adding Actuators to CAD Model of a Lift Table" from the Simscape Multibody Multiphysics Library.
