how many computers can I install matlab 2018b student version on?

I have a project and I need to use two different computers to make all experiments in limiting duration. Can I install matlab 2018b student version on these two devices an working on them at same time?

Only you can use Matlab in one installed device with your student license

If I have 2 Matlab student licences and they are both on 1 computer - can I migrate one to my new computer? They are student licenses for different years.

Yes. Deactivate it on the old system and reactivate on the new one.
