How to make a transmission map/attenuation map for simulation?

Hi,

I attached my code here and it's just a circle with 10 cm diameter. The result of this code (the image) is called the "emission map" but how can I actually do a transmission/attenuation map?

Can someone give me any ideas? Because I am not really sure where or how to start.
