The easiest way to solve your problem is to change your imaging setup by for example using a basket of a significantly different colour from your object. And place your basket on a wooden table. And have even illumination, that big bright reflection of your light source in the middle needs to be eliminated.
As it is, there's no difference in colour or luminance between content, basket and table so I'd say your task is a lost cause.
