How to resolve the error 'Initializing' when I start running the application?

When I start running MATLAB 2017b, below the window, I could see 'Initializing' command. If I click on Live Script, the box displays Loading icon.

hi this happened to me as well,

just close the application and open it ,

also make sure the internet connection is strong because live script runs in internet
