Line height correction procedure

I have an image which contain two lines(call h1 and h2).

I want to make a new line based on the following algo.

(1)Find same indices between h1 and h2, call it start point Ps.

(2) Next index of Ps in h1 is p1 and h2 is p2.

(3) find distance D1 between Ps and P1,

(4) Find Distance D2 between Ps and P2,

(5) Find Distance D3 between P1 and P2,

(6) Figure

Output should be like this

Can anyone help me with code ?
