Matlab online cant open and return to login page after every login

My mathlab online unable to open, everytime login it will automatically return to the login page

Generally speaking, this kind of problem can occur if you are blocking cookies needed by the system.

Even though the thread is old, I experienced the same issue with Matlab 2024a, after reinstallation (3x) the problem remained. What helped was to remove uninstall Matlab and delete its folder unter %appdata%, then install everything again.

When it comes to the internet, also try the classic debugging techniques:

1. Check if the error exists in multiple browers
2. Clear you cookies and cache

Sometimes you session can get frozen/corrupted. To reset it, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://drive.matlab.com
2. Log in
3. In upper right, click on your name and select “Show Hidden Files”
4. Delete the .session folder
5. Go to https://matlab.mathworks.com
6. Log in

If you are still having trouble, contact technical support.

if i launch new courses it works fine

if i want to resume previous enrolled course still have same issue
