Arto, that sounds like you are an IT person who wants to provide installations to all users in your company. Most IT people I know of do this with an ISO file, so I wonder why you do not prefer it.
Your account manager yould provide you with a trial so you can download all products. But this is a personal trial and I would not know how that would help you.

Extracting from a .iso file is the easiest way.
Note though that the .iso file is about 16 gigabytes.

https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/?release=R2023a will take you directly to the download page for R2023a. From there, click the blue button to start downloading the installer.
Note that this will not work if you do not have any MATLAB license associated with your MATLAB Central account, or if your associated license is only valid to some release before R2023a, or if your institution is blocking downloading MATLAB. If your associated license is only valid to some earlier release, then you will need to pay retroactive Software Maintance Service to bring your license up to date. If your instituation is blocking downloading MATLAB, then you will need to contact your IT people to obtain the software.
