Performance evaluation calculation of interest points detector

Hello everyone,
The ideal of an interest points detector such as FAST, Harris, Hessian, DoG and etc should fulfill certain criteria such as repeatability rate, distinctiveness, locality, accuracy.
Can anyone share how to calculate these criteria and the coding in matlab.
