unable to solve coupled non linear schrodinger wave equation

i have tried to solve system of coupled partial Schrodinger like differential equation. i which i have decoupled the equations and solved them specifically , i which one equation has been solved by split step Fourier transform method (coke1)and the other is solved using ode 45( calling function and my fun 1). by as my equations are coupled i have to solve them simultaneously , as been done in BBOamplitude1 and BBOamplitude2. is there any way by which i can redeem my solved equations(coke1,myfun1 and calling function) as been done for coupled partial differential equations of BBOamplitued1 and BBOamplitude2.
