how do i re enter my windows account name during registration

The first time I got the chance to enter the user name on my PC that the product would be registered to I entered the wrong one and now I get licensing code 9 and 57. I just need to know how to go back and re-enter my windows username. every time I try to open MATLAB it just brings me to that error pop-up and nothing else is visible.
