How can I save my results into tables and display them in a figure? (And export them later into Word)

Dear all, I have a results matrix which I would like to save in a table, where I can add a title, column and row headers etc and which I can display in a figure window. Moreover, I would like to be able to import these values later into word, so what is the best way of building a table? (I found the function ModelAdvisor.Table but I didnt find an option to display the table in a separate window...)
