How to find locations of pixels that leads to one pixel to another pixel ?

It needs an Input of type BW where my input is just to locations or their (x,y)-coordinates...I want to get the pixel list or their locations that exist between pixel 1 to pixel n

where kl_thin is the binary image. I want to find pixels between two pixels whose coordinates are

p1(r1,c1)...............,p2(r2,c2)

I did this

s = regionprops(kl_thin(c1,r2),'PixelIdxList');

is it correct
