F28069 programs stop executing after few minutes

Hi everybody. I am using Matlab R2018a with Simulink and Embedded Coder together with DRV8312 kit with processor f28069. I was able to set up LED blink, generate PWM signals, use SCI communication and also I sucesfully run ADC-PWM Synchronization via ADC Interrupt example. All the ouputs were correct and everything behaved as expected (tested with ossciloscope). I always prepare my Simulink modes via: Code --> C/C++ Code --> Embedded Coder Quick Start tool.

My problem is that all my programs after loading to target processor only execute for few minutes (lets say from 2 to 10 minutes) and then suddenly stop executing.

Could you please provide me with some direction about where to look for the solution? Why all my programs stop executing?

Update: Even for simple LED blink program, it is executing for 2 min. and than just suddenly stops.
