Are the Matlab SDKs for Windows and Linux different?

I am going to start working on Linux, do I need to get another/Linux based SDK or the SDK that I have been using in Windows will work fine for centos.

The MATLAB Compiler SDK product is the same for all three platforms -- though I am not certain that generating for .NET is supported on Linux or Mac.

You will need to change your toolchains to reflect the different available compilers.
