how to build the equation by simulink block

The Equation is vi = vi^t-1+ (xi^t-x*)fi where fi, x* are known values. I cant use the simulink library to write the equations.

Try using power blocks. Define constants fi, x_star and also supply the vectors vi, xi, t from your workspace.
