my matlab student license finished 1~2 month ago. and yesterday, matlab showed me i don't have embedded coder license. so i paid new maintenence period. but still not working and even also buy. embedded coder is not in order list. what the...

Embedded Coder has never been available to Student licenses. You must have been using an Academic license when you used it before.

without Embedded Coder, aslo i can't use simulink for arduino ?

Simulink should be able to generate for Arduino target without using an Embedded Coder license.

Correct, MATLAB Function Blocks do not need Embedded Coder license to generate for Arduino target, at least for Rapid Accelerator mode.
