So, not only did Mutlu not do his own howework, but once someone had done his homework for him he then closes the question and deletes the question body so that it is then useless for everybody else.
Answers is there to benefit everybody. It is not a help me cheat on my homework service.

Please check this.
%%%%%%9.
t=-10:1:10;
x1=exp(-(t));
figure;
plot(t,x1,'r-');
hold on
x2=exp(-(t-2));
plot(t,x2,'g-');
hold on
x3=exp(-(t+2));
plot(t,x3,'b-');
xlim([-10 10])
%%%%%%%10.
t=-10:1:10;
x1=exp(-(t));
figure;
plot(t,x1,'r-');
hold on
x2=exp(-(2*t));
plot(t,x2,'g-');
hold on
x3=exp(-(0.5*t));
plot(t,x3,'b-');
xlim([-10 10]);

t=-10:1:10;
x1=t.^3;
figure;
plot(t,x1,'r-');
hold on
x2=(-t).^-3;
plot(t,x2,'g-');
xlim([-10 10])
t=-10:1:10;
x1=exp(-0.2*t).*sin(t);
figure;
plot(t,x1,'r-');
hold on
x2=exp(-0.2*(-t)).*sin(-t);
plot(t,x2,'g-');

I would suggest using linspace(-10,10) instead of -10:1:10 as the : version is only 21 points.

Yes. In this, I have considered step increment is 1. So, I got 21 points.
