How to add data to an existing excel file?

Hi. I have about 70 excel files. I need to collect the data from the individual files and write them all in one excel file. My problem is the writing part. When I use xlswrite I should specify the location, which I cannot specify in this situation. I think I need to use a for loop but do not know how to do it. Thank you in advance.
