i Have a Matrix A and i want to see in another format

I have a matrix A= { 1 2; 1 3; 2 2; 2 3;} and i want output as S= {1 1 0; 1 2 1; 1 1 1; 2 1 0; 2 2 1; 2 3 1;} please help
