Sir, I need sample code for training the input and output with bipolar vectors w.r.to bi-directonal associative memory. I need to know more about test the network. how to write transfer function and activation function for bidirectional hetero associative memory. Please help me sir.

This is not a topic I know about. I also think you are expecting too much -- that not only will someone already have written the code for you but that it will also be in MATLAB and that they will also have created a tutorial and user guide. It is your thesis, and someone at the level of writing a thesis should be able to do more of that work themselves.
