I don't know how to surf when z is independet.

I want to surf 3D modeling
the problem is when x,y is setted. is z should be only one point?
I want to draw this formular
σmax-σmin=150 ( σmax is max value of x,y,z )
if I follow mesh/ surf rules there's no way to draw this.
please someone help

Also check out the 'plot3' function. May be that could help you draw this formula.
